California Privacy Notice (CCPA)

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information is collected by Mernpearl Technology Private Limited, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"). Where this notice and our Privacy Policy differ for California residents, this notice controls.

Mernpearl Technology does not sell your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

However, some of our use of cookies and tracking technologies for advertising purposes may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA. California residents have the right to opt out of this activity.

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

We collect the IP address associated with lead, booking, and subscription submissions and retain it for security, abuse prevention, and fraud detection. We do not use IP addresses to sell or share personal information.

You can exercise your CCPA rights by:

• Online: Click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.
• Email: Send a request to privacy@mernpearl.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request".
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honour GPC signals from your browser. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to confirm your email address or provide additional information to verify you are the person whose information we collected.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Specifically, we will not:

• Deny you goods or services.
• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services.
• Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
• Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate or different level or quality of goods or services.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you have authorised them to act for you, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
